Terms of Sale

1. The seller and contracting party for all purchases is Tebex Limited as reseller. Tebex's terms also apply (tebex.io/terms).
2. We sell digital content for the Minecraft server FuzeMC: time-limited ranks (7, 30 or 90 days, with perks such as boosts, kits and homes), supporter ranks and cosmetics (e.g. prefixes, chat colors, particles, tags). Ranks end automatically when their time is over; buying the same rank again adds the time.
3. Content is delivered automatically to the entered Minecraft name after payment. We are not liable for incorrectly entered names.
4. Access may be suspended for rule violations (e.g. cheating); this does not create a right to a refund.
5. Withdrawal: the right of withdrawal expires once delivery of digital content begins, if you expressly agreed to this (asked during Tebex checkout).
6. FuzeMC is not an official Minecraft product and is not affiliated with Mojang Studios or Microsoft.
